We can well imagine that you have some questions before your holiday to Curaçao. Of course! All bedrooms have air conditioning. Furthermore, the apartments and lodges are designed in such a way that the living rooms and verandas are well exposed to the wind. You can open all windows and a wonderful tropical breeze blows through the house.

Our cars are insured as standard. If you prefer an all-risk insurance, an additional €7.50 per day will be added. In both cases you have a self insurance reserve of €350 per incident. You can read more about it on this page Rent a car.

The deposit for the car is €350. This is also self insurance reserve.

That is certainly possible. When you have arrived at the airport, we have a shuttle to the rental location of our rental cars (about a 5-minute drive from the airport). On arrival you can immediately pick up the car and return it to us until departure. 

We recommend all our guests to download Google Maps offline. Maps.me is also highly recommended. In both cases you do not use any mobile data. We are happy to help you install these apps.
The consumption of water and electricity in the apartments is exclusive of the rental price. We take the meter readings upon arrival and on departure and charge the usage amount. The lodges include the consumption of water and electricity.

You can drink the tap water on Curaçao. So there is no need to buy bottled water in the supermarket.

Our resort is very conveniently located in relation to three large supermarkets. Centrum Supermarket, Carrefour supermarket and Esperamos supermarket can be reached within 5 minutes.

All accommodations are cleaned once a week, including a change of beds and linen. If there is a need for an extra cleaning, all you have to do is ask.
Yes, all our lodges are disabled friendly. There are also a number of apartments suitable for the disabled. Please let us know when booking, so that we can take this into account when preparing your stay.
In all our apartments we have both 110 volt and 220 volt connections. At check-in we give you two adapters (from 110v to 220v connections), so that you can charge your devices anywhere. The deluxe apartments have European connections everywhere.

Two documents are required for traveling to Curaçao. Namely a passport that is valid for at least 6 months and a completed Digital Immigration Card. You must complete this before your trip starts. You can do this via the following link: https://dicardcuracao.com/portal.
